Prices are per person for the respective number of overnights on the respective basis and include: tourist insurance and city tax; free of charge indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, fitness, kids corner, safe, parking; free of charge Wi Fi internet; ski wardrobe for storage of own ski equipment; free of charge transport to the ski center 2.

Additional terms and conditions:
    • Dinner and breakfast are buffet. If there are less than 20 guests accommodated in the complex dinner is on a set menu.
    • Dinner does not include drinks;
    • All  reservations are considered guaranteed upon payment of an advance deposit of 30% by bank transfer, up to 5 working days after the confirmation of the reservation. The remainder of the value of the reservation should be paid via bank transfer or at the reception-desk upon arrival.
    • The hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations, in the event that payments are not made in the above time limits.
    • The hotel reserves the right to require the presentation of a document, stating the age of all children at the time of check-in. Upon finding age differences, the value of the reservation is subject to recalculation!
    • In all other case - Upon change of stay or early departure, amounts are not refundable due to a lost benefit to the hotel.
    • The hotel reserves the right to make changes on the price list.

Cancellation policy:
 Low season
    • There is no penalty upon cancellation of a reservation up to 7 calendar days prior to the check-in date of the tourists, and the amount paid in advance will be returned.
    • The penalty is in the amount of the cost of the first unrealized night upon cancellation of a reservation from 7 to 5 days prior to the check-in date.
    • The penalty is in the amount of 100% of the amount paid in advance upon cancellation of a reservation less than 5 days prior to the check-in date or in case of no show
